To make sure everyone has a smooth and professional experience, we just have a few simple guidelines for using the studio. First, please remember that your booking slot needs to cover both your setup and pack-down time, so arriving on time and wrapping up promptly helps us keep things running on schedule for the next creator. We take great pride in our high-end gear, so we ask that all technical, audio, and video equipment be handled with care—our on-site engineer will always be there to help you set up and adjust everything safely. You are more than welcome to bring covered drinks and light snacks into the seating area, but we strictly do not allow any food or open liquids near the mixing desks, microphones, or cameras. Please note that smoking and vaping are completely prohibited inside the studio and the rest of the building. Finally, we just ask that you leave the space reasonably tidy, and please let us know in advance exactly how many guests or crew members will be joining you so we can make sure everyone is comfortably accommodated.
