This is a residential space that has great lighting and is ideal for photo shoots. It is based in Brighton and a short walk away from Brighton beach and Kemptown. The rooms available for hire are; large west facing living room with working open fireplace with bedroom next door with plenty of closet space that can be used as a dressing room. On the same floor there is a wet room and toilet. The walls are all a neutral colour. Downstairs there is a large open plan living kitchen area with a working fireplace and cloakroom. The kitchen has wooden units with white quartz worktops and oak flooring. The dining area has wood panelling. On the third floor there is a large bathroom with claw footed bath and feature fireplace with excellent east light. There is street parking available.
