About this Patch

Our renovated former radio factory in central Birmingham is available for hire. It is a dynamic space that we can make suitable for your needs​,​ whether that’s photography or video shoots​,​ meetings​,​ craft groups​,​ yoga groups. The 3​,​000 sq ft warehouse and lifestyle studio feature our large Crittall style windows and Crittall style door​,​ designed by us​,​ separating the two main rooms. White walls and skylights create a bright​,​ airy vibe​,​ while the industrial warehouse features add a more rugged character and charm. We also have a stunning Scandinavian plywood wall with built-in bench seating​,​ and a Scandi style kitchen with an island​,​ designed and built by Stöer studio. We have several props and items of furniture available​,​ including: • Dining Tables • Chairs​/​Benches • Coffee tables • Workshop trolleys • Ladders • Ercol Sofa • Ercol Armchair • Plants • Kitchen accessories Adjacent to the studio space is a large workshop space​,​ from which we can build props. Large skylights run the length of the room​,​ allowing plenty of natural light. A black paneled wall creates another simple yet dramatic backdrop. The studio is easily accessed from the M6 and is an 8-minute drive or taxi ride from Birmingham New Street Station. The studio is outside of the Birmingham Clean Air Zone​,​ so there is no charge if you avoid driving through the city center. There is a large loading bay with an industrial sliding door​,​ providing great access for vans. We also have four parking spaces available at £10 per day.
