The Wellness Room The Hearth’s Wellness Room located downstairs in The Lounge​,​ is spacious​,​ full of natural light​,​ clean​,​ equipped​,​ adaptable​,​ and wheelchair accessible. Hot drinks are available from our coffee bar​,​ and reception is staffed during week-day office hours. The Wellness room equipment and facilities: - Foldable massage table - Heated blanket - Foldout Table + 2 chairs - Dimmable Lighting Music System (Spotify compatible) - Couch roll (included) - Sharps bin (included) - Towel service (additional charge) - Free Wi-Fi access In addition to the treatment room​,​ The Hearth offers additional spaces for therapists to hire. The Meeting Room upstairs seats up to 5 people​,​ with a smart tv​,​ and can be used for talk therapy or smaller group classes. The Lounge downstairs has comfortable seating in a beautifully designed space​,​ with our coffee & cocktail bar and a pantry. This space works best for more intimate gatherings and we have held workshops in this space. Capacity fits 30 seating and 50 standing. The Library upstairs provides a larger​,​ open space​,​ suitable for movement classes or group sessions and workshops. Space is available for 10 to 15 yoga mats​,​ up to 30 seated attendees or 50 standing. We have 15 high quality yoga mats of our own​,​ and also a screen and projector for presentations. Our opening hours The Hearth's wellness room is open Monday to Sunday​,​ starting from 8am until evening. Some restrictions might apply depending on other activities taking place in the space. Note: Only approved therapists are allowed to use our wellness room. We offer both ad-hoc and resident (monthly) slots. The published monthly rate covers a 4-hour slot once a week.
