Kent Manor House is a beautiful medieval shoot and film location with a large additional Georgian wing with extensive lawns and woodlands. Prices start for £25/hr for full use of all the available spaces and areas on the whole estate. Full price breakdown available on request. The manor is a short drive from Maidstone, Kent and is a 39 mins train and short taxi ride from London Bridge. The property has 38 rooms in total, with an unusual and eclectic spectrum of areas and sets on which to shoot. The 10 acres of grounds enjoys several outbuildings including one of Kent’s oldest and biggest barns. We have various lighting available inclusive of the fee. Overnight stays, lighting the plethora of log fired and wood burners and even the hire of horses for photography purposes available with proper arrangement.
