Studio 1: Infinity Cove RATES: £130 +VAT per hour £650 +VAT per 6hr day £750 +VAT per 9hr day £850 +VAT per 11hr day For shoots outside the normal hours (i.e. before 8am or after 9pm) there is an extra £50 +VAT cost for each hour falling outside these times. OVERTIME RATES: £150 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour £175 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour (after 9pm) £200 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour (after midnight) DISCOUNTS available for students, small shoots, recurring bookings, other ABOUT THE STUDIO: A 1670 sq ft open plan studio with 8m x 8m white infinity cove and drive-in access. The studio has an 11 x 10m levelled floor area for shooting, making it suitable for larger shoots and set builds. The cove comes pre-lit with five Chroma-Q Space Force LED space lights mounted onto the overhead lighting rig. The rig is at 3.9m from the ground, and the highest point of the peaked roof is 7m, giving lots of height for shooting. There is single phase power with plenty of outlets including 32amp & 16amp. The ceiling features acoustic panelling to reduce reverb and acoustics are generally good, however we are not a fully soundproof soundstage. Included in your hire is our colourful green room, equipped with a kitchenette and small dining area, comfy sofas, makeup table and Hollywood-style mirror, curtained changing area, steamer, iron & board, 2 clothing rails with hangers, and bluetooth speaker. We also have 3 parking spaces - please let us know in advance if you will be needing parking and/or drive-in access. We have our own in-house kit hire service and are well connected with local kit hire companies so if there is anything you need - just ask! www.klatchkit.co.uk. In addition we have a wide variety of props to rent including plinths, scenic flats, coloramas and backdrops. We are a fresh and friendly studio set up in 2021. We’re happy to host all kinds of shoots and events and we can offer discounts for students. My experience with Klatch Studios has been an absolute breeze. Becka is so friendly, helpful, and communicative, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible to my needs during two shoot days. Prior to my booking, she gave me a tour of the studios and explained all the amenities available, and quoted a very reasonable rate considering the quality of the space. On the first day, we filmed in the white infinity cove studio, which Becka had cleaned and prepped for us so it looked brand new despite having another shoot in that space only the day before. The green room is super cosy, with plenty of comfortable seating, a kitchen area, large mirror, and even a changing area and clothes rack, as well as plenty of power points and space to spare. You have access to a brilliant lighting rig, as well as your choice of coloured backdrops, props, set pieces, furniture, etc, all for a really low hire price. There’s good parking (a miracle in London), and there were places to get food only a 5-minute walk down the road. On day two, we filmed in the blackout studio, which prior to booking I found so incredibly difficult to find a suitable space - this was absolutely perfect, and it also came with its own green room area. Becka helped us move our equipment and props from one studio to the other, and let me store them at the studio overnight before, between, and after the shoot days - this made the logistics of travelling and transporting the team in and out of London so much easier. Overall, it’s a brilliant and beautiful space, being run by lovely and well-organised people who clearly have a love and passion for creativity. I would happily recommend Klatch studios to anyone.
