Booking Hours: Daily rental hours:9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM Please vacate the room on time to avoid overtime charges. Guest Capacity: Maximum occupancy: 6โ8 people (including staff and students/clients). No large groups or walk-ins without prior arrangement. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The space must be left clean and tidy. Dispose of all used items in provided bins. Sanitize surfaces and beds after each use. No food or drink in the treatment area. Use of Equipment: All equipment must be handled with care. Do not remove any equipment or furniture from the room. Please report any damages immediately. Noise & Respect: Keep noise to a minimum to respect the clinic environment. No loud music or disruptive behavior. Insurance & Licenses: All professionals must have valid public liability insurance. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the correct licenses/certifications for your treatments or training. Security & Access: Do not leave the entrance door open or unattended. You will be given access instructions upon confirmed booking. No Overnight Use: The room is for daytime use only โ no overnight stays or storage of personal items between days unless agreed. Payment & Cancellations: Full payment required in advance to secure your booking. 24-hour cancellation policy applies. No Smoking or Open Flames Strictly no smoking, candles, or open flames inside the premises.
