About this Patch

Our team has created a harmonious and nurturing ‘Home from Home’ workspace environment where people can use a Hot Desk in the Co-Working Hub to focus on their work but at the same time surround themselves with others from the local community who are tired of working from home. This space is situated in the heart of Totteridge and Whetstone​,​ where they have ample off-street parking​,​ are close to the tube station​,​ and are served well by plenty of bus routes that run along the High Road. It has the benefit of being right across the road from Brook Farm Open Space where you can walk in nature if you need a break from your screen. The brand-new purpose-built building is stunning and ambient​,​ the furniture is repurposed and environmentally conscious with a focus on their carbon footprint. The huge windows on the First Floor create a stunning​,​ ethereal​,​ elevated environment which is so important in a positive work environment. You can choose from a formal desk setting in a semi-private pod​,​ or to share a Covid Safe community desk with like-minded others or if you prefer a more relaxed approach​,​ they have comfortable sofas for you to lounge on with your laptop. We are a fully equipped Co-Working Hub with WIFI​,​ a stationery resource bank​,​ free refreshments​,​ access to a printer and scanner​,​ and a kitchen where you can either bring in your own lunch or for a £5 additional charge​,​ the on-site Chef will prepare you a delicious and wholesome Homemade Soup and Sandwich. On the Ground Floor​,​ there is a beautiful light and airy Events Space with a private garden and a separate entrance which is perfect for hosting birthday parties​,​ functions​,​ or large meetings.
