The room in nice and cozy. It comes unfurnished and it is at the end of the shop floor featuring its own door. Is big enough to accommodate a standard massage bed. There is also space left for any other appliances or machinery you might use. There is a wall mounted shelf on the main side with lots of space for supplies or products. The room has its own ventilation and you can dim the lights. It has a small washing basing with hot and cold water. The space is more fitted for a Beauty​/​Wellness Therapist​/​Tattoo Artist because of the privacy it can give. We have a space within the shop floor for a nail technician​,​ so if you are after that please give us a call or search for the other ad. We also have a big basement where you can fit other supplies or machines and anything you need outside your room. There you can find a fridge and a microwave. The rent includes utility bills: electricity​,​ water​,​ wi fi​,​ council tax​,​ inbound land line calls and general waste collection service. It is excluded any changes on the Special beauty license in Brent Council (We are a Category B) and if you have any needles waste collection service. We are looking for a fun​,​ reliable and professional individual who wants to join our busy and friendly team. We are happy to introduce our clients​,​ however you are in charge of your own advertisement and having your own clients is a must! Also you need all your professional accreditation in order to apply yourself for the Council’s License and your own Liability Insurance. Our hair salon has been in the area for over 10 years.
